Transport operators needed more than a brochure site. They needed booking, quotes, fleet scheduling, and lead tracking in one place.

HireGo required a customer-facing booking experience plus an operational admin layer for drivers, vehicles, and enquiries.

HireGo sells a service people book under time pressure: airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel, events, and tourism. The commercial journey is simple for the customer, but the operations behind it are not. Quotes, fleet availability, driver scheduling, lead capture, and content all have to move together. The previous setup left too much of that work scattered across tools, which made bookings harder to convert and operations harder to run.

The central challenge was building one vehicle booking platform that felt effortless on the customer side while giving the business real control on the admin side. A marketing site with a contact form would not solve fleet management, quote generation, or lead tracking. HireGo needed a product that could take an enquiry from first quote through assignment without dropping context between teams.

We mapped the booking journey as a product: request, quote, confirmation, fleet allocation, driver scheduling, and follow up. That forced a clean separation between the public booking experience and the operational admin portal, while keeping both connected to the same data. Lead tracking and CMS content were included so marketing and operations were not fighting separate systems.

We delivered an Angular frontend, Express and MongoDB backend, Strapi CMS, and an admin portal for fleet and booking operations. Quote generation, customer dashboards, driver scheduling, and lead management were engineered into one transport booking platform. HireGo can now run vehicle hire as a system, not an inbox, with clearer conversion paths for customers and tighter control for the team behind every transfer.
