Mandawee needed a true multi vendor ecommerce marketplace, not a single store cart with seller labels. Independent sellers had to manage stores, products, inventory, and orders inside one platform while customers still got one clean shopping journey. That creates hard product questions around vendor isolation, shared catalog behavior, payments, shipping, coupons, reviews, and admin oversight.

The commercial risk was growth breaking the architecture. If checkout, payment integration, shipping management, or order tracking fractured as vendors scaled, the marketplace would become unusable for both sellers and buyers. Mandawee needed marketplace architecture that could carry vendor portals, customer experience, and admin control as one ecommerce ecosystem.

We designed Mandawee around three connected experiences: vendor portal, customer storefront, and admin dashboard. Discovery covered product management, categories, inventory ownership, cart and checkout, coupons, reviews, order tracking, payments, and shipping so every role had a clear operating path. SEO foundations were included so growth did not depend only on paid acquisition.

We delivered full stack marketplace development on Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB with REST APIs connecting the entire commerce lifecycle. Vendors can run stores, customers can buy with modern ecommerce flows, and admins can govern the platform without losing visibility.
