By accessing and using the Nextelligentia Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Nextelligentia Technologies provides custom software development, web development, mobile app development, blockchain development, quality assurance, project management, and other IT consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Users are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information when engaging our services • Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials • Using our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Not engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services • Respecting intellectual property rights of Nextelligentia and third parties

All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Nextelligentia Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development projects: • Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in separate project agreements • Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments • Client approval is required at specified milestones before proceeding • Final deliverables will be provided upon completion of payment terms • Source code ownership will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements • Late payments may incur additional fees • Refund policies are project-specific and will be outlined in individual agreements • All prices are subject to applicable taxes • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Nextelligentia Technologies respects the confidentiality of client information and agrees to: • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and business information • Use client information solely for the purpose of providing agreed services • Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential information • Not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextelligentia Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nextelligentia Technologies from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
